Our company manufactures carbon steel and stainless steel fermentation tanks, which are mainly used for manufacturing biochemical fermentation, in the fields of monosodium glutamate, citric acid, enzyme preparation, glycerin, pharmaceutical and foodstuff. The cooling and heating functions are through inner coil pipe combination and outer ring pipe. It can be designed upon customers' requirements.

The carbon steel and stainless steel fermentation equipment, used for reaction in growth of microorganism, so that the microorganism can grow well in proper environment. The fermentation tank includes two types: one is the anaerobic fermentation tank (alcohol fermentation); the other is the active fermentation tank (standard type, waved type and self-absorption type). 

The standard fermentation type is the most popular product, and it can also be designed upon customers' requirements. While designing various types of fermentation equipment, we try to make it with compact structure, enough strength, long usage life, few internal fittings, smooth surface, fine contact and mixture performance, so that the material conveyance and gas exchange can be carried out effectively.
